Both developers and project managers are easy to work with, very responsive and overall it has been seamless communication, which is very important when working across different timezones. Oleus did a great job on two web development projects I had. The final product totally fulfills all the requirements. Although both projects had a unique design and complex features everything was done in a timely manner. The team has proven to be agile throughout the developing process taking into account last-minute change in the design.
